Spray Foam Restoration
Conklin’s Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) System is a great way to provide high-grade roof insulation for superior protection from the elements. With an insulation value of R-6.5 per inch of thickness, SPF effectively controls air infiltration, and reduces cooling and heating costs. During the restoration process, the entire roof is insulated with SPF (at a minimum thickness of one inch) and sealed with a reflective finish coat.

Spray Foam Restoration
Spray foam creates a tight bond to your roof. The most common foam roof is 1.5” thick and is spray applied on the roof surface as a closed-cell polyurethane insulation applied directly to the existing roof surface.
- Stops leaks
- Stops lateral water seepage with the foam's closed-cell structure.
- Simplifiers repairs - most famage can be fixed with caulk gun and sealant.
- Extends the life of the roof.
How does Spray Foam cure?
Spray foam will be tack-free within 20-30 seconds and it’ll rise to completion to where you can walk on it within a couple of minutes. Spray foam also has an off-gassing period of a couple hours until it’s 100% cured.
How much does a Spray Foam cost?
Open-cell spray foam costs $0.25 to $0.50 per board foot and closed-cell spray foam costs $0.90 to $1.50 per board foot. The average cost of spray foam insulation installation is $2,128 with most homeowners paying between $1,463 and $2,926.
How long does a Spray Foam last?
Every 10 or 15 years, depending on the type and amount of foam roof coating installed, your spray foam roof will need to be cleaned, primed, and recoated. If this is done, then a good-quality spray foam roof could last 50 years or longer.
